We do not sell your personal or tax information to third parties for marketing purposes.

AI assistant: This AI tool gives general tax information and helps organize your documents. It is not legal or tax advice, and it cannot file your return for you. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. A licensed preparer must review and approve your return before e-file or mail-in submission.

4. Tax Document Security

Tax documents and personal data are stored using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel, licensed preparers, and systems required to deliver your services.

Uploaded documents and generated filings are available only through your secure client profile unless you authorize otherwise in writing.

5. Data Retention

We retain uploaded documents and downloadable tax records for 10 years, consistent with IRS recordkeeping guidance and professional tax practice standards, unless a longer period is required by law.

You may request deletion of account data where permitted by law; certain tax records may need to be retained for compliance purposes even after account closure.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only as needed to operate our services, including with:

• Licensed preparers and staff involved in your return
• Cloud hosting, storage, payment, and e-file service providers under confidentiality obligations
• Regulatory authorities or courts when required by law

You may update account information in your client portal, request copies of your data, or contact us to correct inaccurate information. Nevada and other applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on your residency.
